I'm upgrading from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003. In
Outlook Express I had several subfolders of contacts
under Main Identity. I was able to export my Main
Identity contacts into Contacts in Outlook 2003 and one
of my subfolders into a Personal Address book. Can you
have several Personal Address books with different
names? How do I export these other subfolders from
Outlook Express into Outlook?
You can't. You can only import the Main Contacts Folder.
You should not use a PAB. It was replaced by the Outlook Address Book years
ago.
You can create as many Outlook Contact subfolders as you wish.

How do we create those subfolders? I've tried for
hours. This is very frustrating - it was so simple in
Express.
Thanks Russ for helping.

Make sure you are working within Outlook, not the Address Book view.
File > New > Folder...> Folder contains: Contact Items
