We have been using Outlook 98 for years without any problems. Someone downloaded an update and now we have a new archive file with In, Out & Sent etc. We still have the original files we had been using (with everything in them) including our Contact list.
However when we create a message in either Inbox to mail to someone in our Contact list, the address book is empty. This is the same in either of the Inboxes that are running
I have re-installed Outlook 98 & it didn't change a thing
I now have to type in eacch contact I want to send or copy to. Plus all my group mailings are affected
Any suggestions???
