we work with outlook 2003 connected to exchange server 2003.
when you open the email and you right click on the sender, you can add that email address to your contacts. that works fine with emails that a few days old, but with my older mails that function seems inactive. do you know how can i change that.

Hi,

I can get answer on your question, but with Mailing List Service addin (
http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/mailing_list_service/ ) you can add
senders  of all selected emails to contacts folder, text mailing list or
distribution list on contacts folder. With one click.

Add-in have 15 days trial, so you can process your old contacts for free
;-)
