I am using Outlook 2003.  When I type in an email address Outlook will
remember (auto complete) the address the next time I send the person an
email unless I close Outlook.  Every time I close Outlook, it seems to
forget all the email address.  I can leave Outlook open for several day's
and it will remember and start auto completeing all the email address, and
when I close it, I have to start all over.  How can I get Outlook to keep
all the contracts after I close it?

That's one of many symptoms of a corrupt Outlook profile.
Create a new one.

Of course not. Just use the same Outlook Data File.
