importing data to outlook 2000

I'm having a problem moving files from a student version
of Outlook to Outlook 2000.  
Any light on this subject?

"Student version?" That is not a version type.
What type of "files" are you trying to move and how?
The only file Outlook uses is a Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all
the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
