(Similar question to Brandon's):
There has to be a way to create an envelope (for regular mail purposes) automatically from an individual Contact Window in Outlook. It should contain relevant fields from Contact window and should be available to print from the Contact window or from Outlook elsewhere !  I have tried to link to Word templates, I have tried looking for templates, all to no avail . . .
There has to be a way . . .

There is no method for doing this directly in Outlook. See
http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/labels.htm for available solutions.

If you back up from the address that Sue provided, there
is a section on starting a Word letter from an Outlook
contact. Under the "Other Tools" section there is a link
to a very nice solution to our problems. http://software-
solutions.co.nz/aladdins_wd/alwdabout.htm. I d/l their
trial version, and it works great. It allows you to
program fields into Microsoft templates, (Very Easily) or
your own templates. Graphics and all can be utilized in
your templates with no problems. I can open a contact,
click on a button and an envelope with letterhead and my
company letterhead come up in Word with all of the
contacts information. Hope this helps you out, I know it
has helped me!!!
