Business Contact Manager Fails to Start

I have recently purchased and installed Office 2003 with
the Business Contact Manager.  Since installing the
software, the BCM fails to start about every three or
four times I launch Outlook.

I have detected and repaired Outlook and reinstalled
BCM...Any ideas?

Try in new outlook profile and with a new data base.

Hi!

1. Install BCM Service Pack 1 (1.5 MB)

2. Check your C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\ directory. If you have
versions above 1.1, install "unofficial patch":
