Can I retrieve a deleted group after I have deleted the
group? The problem is, after I deleted the group, it also
deleted each item in the group from my contact list. I
only wanted to get rid of the group, not the individual
contacts. Now, each contact that was in the group is
gone.

Groups? Outlook doesn't use anything called "groups." Can you be more
specific?

I have accidently done this too a couple of times.  If I remember correctly, you can go in to your deleted items folder, find the file you deleted and drag it to the contacts icon on your shortcut menu.  I don't know how you can then convert the distribution list back in to individual contacts.  That is actually something I am trying to figure out.
