I would like to create a Distribution List of a type of industry and within that industry break it down by salesrep or territory.
Example:         Petrochemical
                                    Smith, Joe
                                                    BP Chemical
                                                    Chevron
                                                    Phillips Petroleum
                                     Bagadonuts, Joe
                                                    Sunoco
Sometimes I may not want to send out to a certain sales reps customers. Or is there another way I can accomplish this
Thanks in advance
Randy

A better solution would be to use categories to mark each contact with the
information that identifies them as a rep for a particular industry, etc.
You can then select contacts by category to generate either bulk or mail
merge messages.
