Does anyone know if there is a place in Contacts for an
account number to reference when doing a form letter?
Much thanks in advance.

Yes, you'll find an Account field on the All Fields tab, under All Fields in
Contact. For a good guide to what fields are available, see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;818851. The article
is for OL2003, but it should be pretty much the same in OL2002.
