How to share address book with Outook 2003 on XP

Is there anyway to share the address book between 2
Outlook 2003 users on 2 different logins but on the same
Windows XP PC?

What about a Outlook Express 6.0 user on one account and a
Outlook 2003 user on the other account.  Is it possible to
share a common address book this way?
