MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / August 2004New Entry of Contact - Show "File As" Order - Last Name, First nam
As I enter a new contact to my contact list in Outlook (Outlook 2003 version, using MS Office Pro) - I enter full name, JOHN DOE, but want to have the File As show as DOE, JOHN. It is currently showing in File as: JOHN, DOE help? David Go to in Tools | Options | Contact Options. Making a change there affects only new contacts that you add after the change.
