As I enter a new contact to my contact list in Outlook (Outlook 2003 version, using MS Office Pro) - I enter full name, JOHN DOE, but want to have the File As show as DOE, JOHN.

It is currently showing in File as:  JOHN, DOE

help?

Go to in Tools | Options | Contact Options. Making a change there affects

see if tools, accounts, change address books, double click on outlook
address book and change the file as helps.
