I just had to replace my computer, but was able to save my “pst” files and some others with differing extension for an outlook internet setting. The problems I am having are these:
1. I do not have an address book – I have contacts and e-mail addresses are in them, but I cannot get to them.
2. I have multiple contact lists that do not allow me to delete them (3 of them)
3. I have 4 inboxes listed under the same name, but I cannot delete any of them.
Any thoughts or solutions?
Thanks
One big thought - what version of Outlook are you using and your message
showed gibberish when you mentioned what you had saved.

The "gibberish" was "pst" files. I was using Outlook 2003 (from the student/teacher ed), and following the new computer purchase installed Outlook 2003 again.

Any ideas yet? I still cannot "make" a personal address book and have to individually open contacts to get e-mail listings.
Thanks,
