I have copied the Outlook.pst file from my old computer to my new computer, in the same location as the default outlook.pst file on the new computer.
The trouble I now have is that the contacts do not show when composing a new message after clicking To... button. (But they do show on the left column under contacts).
After pressing To... I get the following message:
The address list could not be displayed. The contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or deleted, or you do not have permission. For information on how to remove this folder from the Outlook Address Book, see MS Office OL Help.
Can anybody advise how I can fix this problem??
Try removing the Outlook Address Book, restarting Outlook, then adding it
back in.
