All my contacts are in, over 1800, but when you go to creat new mail, it does not lookup the email address. Can anyone please help me figure this out Describe what steps you're using, please. Thanks, I check both and all is already checked as you suggested, also when I go into address book, tools, the contact list is the only one there. Any other suggestions. This is Outlook 2002. He was using outlook 2003, but not anymore,long story.
