Does Outlook allow importing Distribution Lists?

I need to set up Distribution Lists and Add Members to
those lists. Is there a way to import many addresses at
one time from ACT! into established Distribution Lists
without having to choose them one at a time from the
Contacts? This can be extremely tedious when you're
talikng about several hundred addresses per list.
