I am running Outlook 2002 on one laptop and Outlook 2003 on another laptop.
I only use Outlook for calendar and contact functions not email.  I woulk
like to delete all the Outlook data on the 2002 machine and import all the
data from the 2003 machine which is more up to date.  How do I do this?

In what format is your Outlook 2003 PST file? If it is in the older ANSI
format, just copy the file and configure the Outlook 2002 profile to use
that file as its default. If not, then you must first create a new PST file
in ANSI ("Outlook 97-2002") format, then copy the data into that file.
