When you are going to type a name in your to: field of an email and your get
the first letter typed and it shows you all the emails and contacts that
start with that letter in a scroll menu.  I found that allot of those
contacts aren't in my actually contact list. Is there a place that all these
email addresses are stored so that I may access them instead of typing every
letter in the alphabet and clicking on each one in that particular drop down
menu list?

Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field. To clear the entire cache, follow the instructions here:
