hiding recipients names in outlook

I am wanting to hide all the recipients names when sending one email in
outlook to multiple names ?

Open Outlook (I have Outlook 2003) click on the options
button on the tool bar and place a check in front of "Bcc."
When you open a new message, the "To", "Cc" and "Bcc" will
appear. Enter the addressees in the Bcc space now available.
