Spouse Birthday

There appears to be no way in which I can add a spouse's
birthday.  There is an obvious space for his birthday,
and their anniversary, but only a space for her name.  I
need to add her birthday so taht it will populate in my
calendar as does the men's.  

I think this is a serious developing flaw as I have
needed this field for many years.

Make yourself an extra field!  Phone list view, Field Chooser, New field.
Make a date/Time field and call it spouses birthday.  If you want to
re-design your form too, go for it.

You can make all sorts of fields for additional data this way.
