Can I copy a folder to a file on my computer ?

Is it possible to copy a folder in Outlook to a folder or file on my computer?

the answer to your question is yes
Open outlook, go to file / import and export / choose
Export to file / next / choose  Personal folder file
(.pst) / next / highlight the folder to export / next /
Browse were to save it to and Finish. You can choose to
password protect it if you wish. Now you can send the
file and import it to another PC. Import it the same way
that you exported it.
