1. Is there any way to print the Outlook address book in a "Day Timer" format
with diffferent sizes?

2. In Outlook, when I add a new email address for a given person, and deltee
the old one, when I type that person's name in a new email, the old email
address appears.  Is there a wasy to permnaently delted an old emai address.

i don't know the answer to question number 1.  i think
this is the answer to number 2:

first, check to make sure you don't have the old email
still there.  click the drop down arrow next to the email
address to make sure.  next, right click on the email
address itself. you will get a drop down menu. click
properties.  i always make the display name the same as
the email address.  this way you'll know you're sending to
the correct address instead of some address outlook has
associated with the display name.  hope this solves it.

The name is stored in another part of Outlook for the Autocomplete function
where it fills in a name as you start to type in the To... field.    You'll
find other people have had the same problem - so search here in the
newsgroup for Autocomplete.
