Net Folder Contacts

At work we have a small office and share contacts
using "Net Folders".  However, I have a Pocket PC and
cannot Sync to the shared contact folder.

I have been deleting all of my contacts in my default
contacts folder and copying all contacts from
the "shared" folder and pasting them into my default
folder.  Then I sync it with my Pocket PC.

Two problems though:

1.  Takes forever

2.  Do not have up to the minute updated contacts and if
I alter them in my Pocket PC it does not update
the "shared" contacts folder.

Any ideas or do I just need to get exchange ?

Pocket PCs will only sync the default contacts folder.  Having Exchange will
not change this.  You can get the Outlook Pocket Contact Synchonizer from
http://pocketpc.com but I for one do not like the method it uses to synch
more than one contact folder.
