Contacts not showing

I just got a new computer and the contacts in my Outlook
are all there, but when I create a new message now and
click "to" to get my list of contacts, nothing appears.
How do I link these?

Configure your Outlook Address Book.
If you don't know how, provide your Outlook version so someone can tell you.
