Printing Envelope Addresses

Is there some way I can print an envelope directly from my
contacts folder instead of going through the process on MS
Word.

When I use the MSW to print the envelopes many times it
does not use the address I want even though I have the
proper one checked as the Mailing address.

No. Mail merges require Word.
You just need to learn how to control how addresses are inserted. To learn
about ways to control how an Address is inserted into Word from Outlook,
