I have Outlook 2002 and I have many contacts.  I have Distribution lists that
I created from ACTIONS, NEW DIST LIST.  Then I click SELECT MEMBERS and add
them from the Contacts listed in the upper RH corner beside "SHOW NAMES FROM
THE".

I assume that this is the Address Book that I am creating the DL from.  I
have entered all of my Contacts by hand.  Now I have imported additional
contacts and they do not appear in the "SHOW NAMES FROM THE" pull down box,
so I cannot see them to add them to the DL.

Any help.

How did you import these Contacts? Are you sure you imported them correctly?
Do they each have valid, resolved email addresses?

Thank you for answering, Russ.  Yes, I did it correctly.  I exported them
(using the Wizard) FILE, IMPORT & EPORT..... to a .pst file.  I then imported
them on a different machine via the same wizard.  They look just like
contacts that I have already on my "import" machine that I typed by hand.
The only differnce is that the Exporting machine is using Outlokk 98 while I
am Using 2002 on the importing machine.

HOpe this helps.

Then open a Contact Record that you imported and see if the email address
contained therein is resolved (underlined).
