I have outlook 2003 on windows xp.  I have very important
dates set up for each of my contacts and i was wondering
if there was a way to organize my contacts by these
dates?  For instance, i would like to search for all
contacts whose dates appear in the next six months.  is
this possible, or do i need to buy ACT software?

Show the Contacts folder in the Phone List View and use the Field chooser to
show the date column.  You can then sort by the date column, highlight from
one date to another to for example drag to outbox (email them), select
Mailmerge and email merge to them.

Have you made a new field called Dates in the Contact folder??  If so,
change to the Phone List View, use the filed chooser to show your new field
and then sort or group by it.

You can also show Calendar fields in the Phone List view - use the field
chooser!

Have you made a new field that's a "date" field?  If so, use the Phone list
view, show the field, sort by it.
