Two people are using the same home computer with Windows XP and Office.  We
want to have different contact lists in Outlook.  How do we set this up?  One
user has a contact list now and the second user would like to copy and then
modify that list for their own use.  Like to have it appear on the Outlook
shortcuts as two different shortcuts, Contacts -User A and Contacts- User B.

You did not provide enough information to permit a cogent answer.
Need to know your Outlook version, for starters.
It would also be nice to know what else you want to share, what you want to
keep separate, and how your OS is configured in terms of user logons.
