Outlook2003 - In the Address Card View you can enter a letter on the last name and be taken to that group. i.e. Press W and you are taken to the W's. Then you are reporting a problem that has never been reproduced to my knowledge. I'll look for repros. Make sure you are not using the "Outlook Today" view for your root PST file.
