Outlook2003 - In the Address Card View you can enter a letter on the last
name and be taken to that group. i.e.  Press W and you are taken to the W's.
I have a user for whom this ability has ceased operating.

Any thoughts or suggestions.

Make sure the screen focus is active to that view.

Been where and done what? Explain how you have verified that the view has
screen focus.

Sorry. Made sure the contacts were in either Address Cards or Detailed
Address Card view, and at least 1 contact had complete focus.

Then you are reporting a problem that has never been reproduced to my
knowledge. I'll look for repros. Make sure you are not using the "Outlook
Today" view for your root PST file.
