I want to transfer contacts from one computer to another - - same outlook software. HELP 2. I am using MSN email and when I connect I am putting messages in folders "on the computer" but I cannot find those messages on my computer. Where are they? All Outlook data is kept in the same file. The file you need to is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
