I am trying to import data from Excel into my customized Outlook contact
form, but the data ends up on the outlook standard contact form.
How can I have Outlook populate my customized form?
This is not an issue of mapping, as I understand I cannot map custom fields
using Outlook's import function.
Thank you so much for your help!

Same thing applies to using a custom form on importing as it does for custom
fields - the standard import function doesn't support that. You'll need to
either 1) write your own import function or 2) get a 3rd party program (such
as ContactGenie - link below).
For various options - also suggest you take a look here:
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/contacts.htm (this may not be the most
appropriate page on Slipstick so take a look around the entire site).

Outlook doesn't support importing to a custom form. You'd have to write
custom code or use a third-party application. See
