My contacts are not available when I create an e-mail.
When I display the properties of my contact folder and
choose the Outlook Address Book, the option for showing
the folder "Show this Folder as an e-mail Address Book"
is disabled. Any ideas on what is going on?

I am having the same problem.  The contacts list is not
available under the "To" or "CC" buttons when creating
email.  Also I am not able to arrange contacts by
category.  Any help with this issue would be much
apprecitated.  Thanks.

You need to add the Outlook Address Book Service to your profile. If you
don't know how, post your Outlook version so someone can tell you.
