I view my contacts by groups and all the groups are expanded.  Then I go to
View
Expand/Collapse Groups
Collapse All Groups
and nothing happens at this point.  What am I doing wrong?    In order to
fix the problem I must close each group by itself.  I know there is a better
way.

Clarify your post.
Specify your Outlook version and the view to which you are referring.
This does not fit with any view of Outlook I've seen. There is no "view by
group" in the view menu for Contact Folders.

My version is Outlook 2003
1. I go to the contacts section of the program
2. I go to Business contacts in Business Contact Manager and then
3. I click "View" on the menu bar
4. Then I move donw to  "Arrange By"
5. Then I click "catetory"
6. Then I click "View" on the menu bar
7. Then I click "Expand/Collapse Groups"
8. Then I click "Collapse all Groups"
9. Nothing happens.  The groups don't get collapsed.
Again, thanks for your help.

No repro here. I don't run BCM.
Now that you've posted enough relevant details perhaps someone who does can
try to reproduce this.
