Hi Russ,
Thank you for your reply. Basically we have separate calendars, e-mail etc.,
but would like to share the Contacts list. If Outlook can be so configured I
would appreciate any instructions you might offer.

We (Parallelspace) also have an Outlook 2003-based solution for aggregating
contacts to a SharePoint site and then downloading them into Shared Contacts
folder in a custom PST.
No limitations on the Contact fields that are uploaded and downloaded. We
also support categorization of Contacts based on custom fields. These
categories are then used to create a hierarchy of Contact folders when
downloaded into the local PST.
