MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / October 2004sharing contact list between user accounts on same computer
Hi, I run Outlook 2003 on one computer, with Windows 2000 as the OS. My wife uses the same computer but her own "user account." Now that I have laboriously created our joint Contact List, I would like her to access it through her user account. Is this feasible, or must I export the contact list, copy it to removeable media, then import it from her account? No limitations on the Contact fields that are uploaded and downloaded. We also support categorization of Contacts based on custom fields.
