My outlook 2003 contact folders are all listed individually, not in a tree
control as they were in earlier versions.  Yey, if I right-click on one of
the folders and select "move", the dialog that pops up shoes the tree
heirarchy.  I really do want to see the hierarchy in the folders list, but I
can't find a way to do this.  How can I get the folder tree to display for
my contacts folders?
