I wish to transfer my Outlook Contacts list and calendar from desktop to laptop using a CD - help! Copy your Outlook Data file (PST file) to the CD. Move it off the CD onto your hard drive on the laptop and remove the read only attribute. Open the file in Outlook: File > Open > Outlook Data File...
