I have a folder of emails received, I would like to be able to retrieve the
email addresses to a group for marketing purposes. ALSo I use wizard to
direct emails by subject but also would like to be able to direct incoming
email addresses to group.

Outlook has no such ability. There are third party add-ins that do:
