Dear Folks,

I've used the mail merge feature in Outlook 2003 several times.  I find the
selection process a bit cumbersome.

Rather than selecting records from all my contacts, is it possible, for
instance, to start by selecting all the contacts in a category and using
that as the basis for the mail merge?

thanks

Yes. That is, in fact, the preferred method.
