Outlook 2002 Mail Merge Extra Blank Line

When doing a Mail Merge from Outlook 2002 into a form
letter, an extra line appears between the street address
and the city, state and zip line. Does anyone know why and
how to correct? In the preview this can be corrected by
back-spacing the line but going on to the next record and
coming back to to the repaired item, it's not really
rapaired. Thanks for any help.

No one could possibly help you with so little information on the steps
you've used to contract your merge. There is a wealth of information about
how to do Mail merges in Help files and on the Internet, especially in the
Word groups. Since this is not an Outlook issue, I'd start here:
