Everytime I try to access my Contacts list, Outlook
freezes for a few seconds and then crashes out closing it
down.

Any suggestions geatly appreciated.

Helen

Helen,

If you're using Office 2000

I've found that if you DO NOT use MS Word to edit emails, it seems to fix
this problem.

To change this go to the Tools pull down menu, choose options, the Mail
Format tab, and then uncheck the box that says "Use Microsoft Word to edit
e-mail messages".

Hope this helps
