MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / September 2004LINK SEVERED when replacing e-mail address.
Is there a way to replace an e-mail address within a contact without loosing the link to the e-mails sent to and recieved from the contact. I would keep the old e- mail address if I could disable it so e-mails are not longer sent to that address. Keep the old address. There's no need to remove it. Just don't send to it. I like to use the "New Message to Contact" action when sending to one or many contacts. Is there a way to set this up so it only sends to the primary e-mail address or will it always send to all e-mail addresses? >-----Original Message----- >Keep the old address.
