Outlook 2003, Windows 2000

I have a large folder of contacts where I want to duplicate the data in a
particular field through the entire file.

The only way I have found is to enter the data in the field of the first
record and then copy and paste into each succeeding record.

Is there a way to put the same data in all the records in that same field?
