How can I get my outlook to notify people that send me e-
mail that i´ll be out of reach for a period of time?

If using Exchange, Out of Office Assistant.

If not using Exchange, Rules, leave Outlook open, leave Internet connection
on (or use Task scheduler to connect), and be prepared to have your address
spammed even more since your reply will confirm your address to be "live" to
spammers.
