MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / September 2004Contacts crashing outlook
I have a W2K machine running O2K. A user starts a new email clicks on the To button and then clicks on Contacts and it locks up and crashes Outlook. Any suggestions? Thanks Brian Hunter Common problem. No consistent solution. Things to try: 1. Check for corrupt addresses in the Contacts Folder 2. Remove and re-add the Outlook Address Book Service 3.
