Contacts not in Address book

I cannot access my contacts through the address book or
from a newly created email. My contacts are still there
under contacts, but when i click on "To:" in a new email,
the contacts shows empty.

Configure your Outlook Address Book correctly. If you don't know how, post
your Outlook version.
