folks,

we are using outlook 2002, sp1. we bring up a new email
message and click for the outlook contacts. . .we would
like the software to display last name, first name. . .we
have gone thru the help and reset up last name first
name, in options, contacts and in the contacts area.

why doesn't this work? what do i need to do to get a new
email message to show last name first?

thanks in advance
alan
