I have Outlook 2003 and I hate the new features. Terrible layout, hard to
customize, complicated, adds no value. Furthermore, there is a contact
manager that apparently runs sql server in the backend since I can see it a
sqlsvr.exe in the task manager processes.

The main issue is that sql server uses a lot of memory (up to 25MB) and is
of no use. How can I disable it by default so it never starts?

Thanks,
Nick
