Sending msg. to all e-mail address of a categories.

We use outlook 2000 and ex. 5.5. We often need to send e-mail to ALL the
e-mail address of a group of contact of a category. Is there a way to do so?
When I select one contact and use "New message to contact" it correctly
select all the mail, but when I select a group of contact only the first
e-mail address of every contact is selected.

How are you selecting these Contacts? Try selecting them from the Outlook
Address Book or create a Distribution List.

Contact are selected from a public contact folder. I cannot create a
distribution list because the contact list is dynamic and, in that case, our
secretary have to mantain also the distribution list.
From the address book I haven't find a way to select by categories.

Those are the only two workarounds I know of. Now that you've finally posted
enough relevant information, perhaps someone else will come up with one.
