I would like to change all contacts to a "File As"
setting of Last, First (Company).  Can this be done
without editing each individual contact?

Outlook 2002.

Only with code:

I remember being able to change this without code - in a menu selection
either under 2000 or 2003.  It doesn't make sense that you can change the
File As format for all new messages, but can't affect all of the existing
contact cards.  I know I wasn't dreaming.

Never seen such an option in any version of Outlook.
