MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / September 2004How do I change the show names dropdown to default to contacts?
When addressing an email the To (CC) bring up a Select Names dialog. Within this dialog is "Show Names From" dropdown. How do I change Outlook so that this dropdrown defaults to my contacts list? Product: Office Outlook 2003 ( 11.5608.5606) Open the Address Book from Outlook's Toolbar Tools > Options > Show this address list first:  SignatureRuss Valentine [MVP-Outlook] > When addressing an email the To (CC) bring up a Select Names dialog. > Within [quoted text clipped - 3 lines] > > Product: Office Outlook 2003 ( 11.5608.5606) |
